Breakfast for the food sensitive

I had some blood work done a few weeks ago thar tests for sensitivities to 150 food and chemicals in hopes that by following the diet provided of “safe” foods, I would feel better. Its damn hard to follow! Just to name a few, I’m sensitive to peanuts, clams, parsley, spinach, soy, lettuce, wheat, sweet potatoes, etc. – all.to varying degrees. This is my breakfast this morning: 2 eggs over easy, a few strawberries, and 1/2 piece of Nan bread (which I hope isn’t on my do-not-eat list).
